Prioritize RSS usage only on the key buildings at first. Key buildings are those that are needed in order to upgrade your HQ.
The Tech Center upgrade is required every level. The other buildings rotate between levels.
They are:
- Tech Center (required every level)
- Tank Center (Aircraft/Missile Centers as well, but prioritize Tank)
- Drill Ground
- Hospital
- Barracks
- Wall
- Alliance Center
You don’t need to level every building to max in order to get HQ 30.

Once you reach HQ 30, continue to level buildings as RSS allows as HQ 31-35 will be available in a future season.
Getting RSS
- The is obvious but, do not open level-tied RSS chests until you need them!
- Max out Arms Race chests
- You can get 24 RSS chests of each type by maxing out arms race, every 4 hours
- This is 192 blue RSS chests every 24 hours if you max out every block
- Only plunder UR trucks and tasks (always try to target the enemy server from SVS)
- Focus plunder on what you need..if it’s RSS, hit UR trucks
- When plundering tasks, click that task before plundering to view what rewards you will get
- Always try to plunder gold secret tasks! Don’t settle for anything less, unless you only have a few minutes before reset or are really pressed for time
- If you have an abundance of truck and task re-rolls, (50+) burn a few to try to roll a gold truck or task as these give better rewards
- Level up your trucks research to boost amount of RSS carried
- Save stamina for events like Gold Zombies as these have boosted RSS (and gold!)
